Debbie is an authentic and supportive coach. Her coaching style has been described as relaxed, open and encouraging. Her strong rapport building skills allow her to take a provocative approach with clients, challenging them to think in a different way. Her coaching focus tends to be around transition and transformation – developing personal leadership through challenge and change. As a senior marketing and brand leader, Debbie spent 15 years working for and with, leading global companies including Cargill, United Biscuits, Heinz and Arla Foods. Having worked in client side, agency and consultancy roles, she understands the aspects of working in and on a business, as well as the challenge of leading a team in a fast paced environment. Debbie is trained in the psychological aspects of executive coaching. Her integrated, client-focused approach draws upon a number of philosophies and techniques, including the inner game, Gestalt theory and positive psychology. She is also a trained group coaching facilitator. Typical coaching agendas include confidence and strengths development, career evaluation & transition, communication & relationships, emerging leaders & new role onboarding, emotional intelligence & leadership presence, emotional wellbeing and return to work after cancer, maternity or parental leave.
